You Can Do It Yoga with Osha Ray on your iPod and iPhone

iPod and iPhone simple installation instructions

Requirements:
Your computer must have a DVD-Rom Drive and iTunes installed.
Buy the You Can Do It Yoga with Osha Ray DVD

Mac Installation Instructions:

1. Open iTunes.
2. Insert the You Can Do It Yoga with Osha Ray DVD into your computer's DVD-Rom drive.
3. If your computer opens DVD Player software and the DVD begins to play, hit "esc", then go to the "DVD Player" menu and select "Quit DVD Player".
4. On your desktop, you will see the "YOGA_WITH_OSHA" DVD icon. Double click the icon.

To install the audio only iPod version:

1. Click and drag "Yoga with Osha Ray.m4a" to your iTunes Library window
2. When you see the green "+" sign, release. iTunes will now copy the file to your iTunes music folder.
3. Now you may transfer the program to your iPod like any other music.

To install the video version for your iPhone or iPod Touch:

1. Click and drag "OSHA_RAY.m4v" to your iTunes Library window
2. When you see the green "+" sign, release. iTunes will now copy the file to your iTunes music folder.
3. Now you may transfer the program to your iPhone or iPod Touch like any other video.

Windows PC Installation Instructions:

1. Open iTunes.
2. Insert the You Can Do It Yoga with Osha Ray DVD into your computer's DVD-Rom drive.
3. If your computer opens Windows Media Player software and the DVD begins to play, go to the "File" menu and select "Quit". Go to "My Computer" and Navigate to your DVD Drive, you will see the "YOGA_WITH_OSHA" DVD icon. Double click the icon.
4. Otherwise, if a dialog box like the picture to the left opens, select "Open folder to view files in Windows Explorer" and hit "OK".
